Ordering Instructions

  1. Please make your payment within 12 hours after placing your order and send us proof of payment via Whatsapp to confirm your order.
  2. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, refunded, or transferred. Any changes to the order will incur an administrative fee of $60. If the changes are made less than 2 days before the scheduled delivery/self-pickup date, an administrative fee of $100 will be incurred. Please note that any changes are subject to the availability and discretion of our store.

Delivery instructions

  1. The driver will deliver within the selected delivery time slot, but we cannot arrange a specific delivery time. If you require a specific delivery time, an additional fee of $100 will be charged.
  2. Drivers will not deliver our cakes to your door and need to pick up your order on the ground.
  3. During handover, drivers will not go to your door or enter the building lobby. The pick up point will be wherever the vehicle can park.
  4. Once the delivery location and time slot are confirmed, any changes will incur an administrative fee of $60. If the changes are made less than 2 days before the scheduled delivery date, an administrative fee of $100 will be incurred. Please note that any changes are subject to the availability and discretion of our store.
  5. If you need to cancel the delivery and change it to studio pickup, the delivery fee paid will not be refunded.
  6. On the date of delivery, our driver will contact the recipient 10-15 minutes before arrival. Please ensure that the receipient keep an eye on his/her phone for any incoming calls within the selected delivery timeslot.
  7. If our driver is unable to contact the recipient on the date of delivery, the driver will only wait for 5-10 minutes. If the delivery cannot be completed because our driver is unable to contact the receipient, the order will be automatically cancelled without any refund.
  8. If you need to reschedule the delivery on the same day, you will need to contact the driver directly. Our store will not be involved in the rescheduling process.
  9. If the recipient is unable to receive the order on the scheduled date, the order will be automatically cancelled without any refund.
  10. We will not be responsible for any damage to the cake during delivery.

Studio Pickup Instructions

  1. If the customer is unable to pick up the order on the scheduled pickup date, the order will be automatically cancelled without any refund.
  2. If the customer requests to pickup outside of our office hours, an administrative fee of $60 will be incurred. However, it will depend on our store’s availability to accommodate the request.

Store Pickup Instructions

  1. If the customer is unable to pick up the order during the designated pickup hours, the order will be automatically cancelled without any refund.

Arrangements during inclement weather:

In the event of Black Rainstorm Signal or No.8 Tropical Cyclone Warning or above being hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory, the following arrangements will be made for order pickup and delivery services:

  • If the signal is lowered before 09:00, our operations will continue as usual.
  • If the signal is lowered between 09:00-12:00, studio pickup service and delivery service will be available starting from 15:00.
  • If the signal is lowered after 12:00, our studio will be closed for the entire day. All orders of that day can be rescheduled once without any handling fee. The new pickup/delivery date must be within 3 days from the original scheduled date (excluding the original pickup/delivery day). If customers need to change the pickup/delivery after 3 days, a handling fee of 30% of the total order amount will be charged.
  • If the Hong Kong Observatory forecasts the issuance of a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above during your scheduled pickup/delivery period, your orders can be rescheduled once without any handling fee. The new pickup/delivery date must be within 3 days from the original scheduled date (excluding the original pickup/delivery day). If customers need to change the pickup/delivery after 3 days, a handling fee of 30% of the total order amount will be charged.
  • Please note that we do not offer refund for orders affected by inclement weather conditions.
