• The half baked cheese filling is mixed with 3 kinds of 70% above Valrhona chocolate.
• The half baked cheese filling contains mochi made by fresh milk.
• The shortcrust pastry is made by French butter and Japanese eggs.

Storage Method:
Please store our products in refrigerator (0 – 4C) within 1 hour after collection.
If you cannot store our products in refrigerator within 1 hour after collection, we suggest you to purchase our cool bag and ice pack.

We strongly recommend to consume it on the same day for the best quality, otherwise please store in fridge (-18C) and consume it within 2 days. Before consumption, please put it in refrigerator (0-4C) to defrost for 4-6 hours.
