Ordering Instructions<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  1. Please make your payment within 12 hours after placing your order and send us proof of payment via Whatsapp to confirm your order.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  2. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, refunded, or transferred. Any changes to the order will incur an administrative fee of $60. If the changes are made less than 2 days before the scheduled delivery\/self-pickup date, an administrative fee of $100 will be incurred. Please note that any changes are subject to the availability and discretion of our store.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Delivery instructions<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    1. The driver will deliver within the selected delivery time slot, but we cannot arrange a specific delivery time. If you require a specific delivery time, an additional fee of $100 will be charged.<\/li>\r\n
    2. Drivers will not deliver our cakes to your door and need to pick up your order on the ground.<\/li>\r\n
    3. During handover, drivers will not go to your door or enter the building lobby. The pick up point will be wherever the vehicle can park.<\/li>\r\n
    4. Once the delivery location and time slot are confirmed, any changes will incur an administrative fee of $60. If the changes are made less than 2 days before the scheduled delivery date, an administrative fee of $100 will be incurred. Please note that any changes are subject to the availability and discretion of our store.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    5. If you need to cancel the delivery and change it to studio pickup, the delivery fee paid will not be refunded.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    6. On the date of delivery, our driver will contact the recipient 10-15 minutes before arrival. Please ensure that the receipient keep an eye on his\/her phone for any incoming calls within the selected delivery timeslot.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    7. If our driver is unable to contact the recipient on the date of delivery, the driver will only wait for 5-10 minutes. If the delivery cannot be completed because our driver is unable to contact the receipient, the order will be automatically cancelled without any refund.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    8. If you need to reschedule the delivery on the same day, you will need to contact the driver directly. Our store will not be involved in the rescheduling process.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    9. If the recipient is unable to receive the order on the scheduled date, the order will be automatically cancelled without any refund.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    10. We will not be responsible for any damage to the cake during delivery.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Studio Pickup Instructions<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      1. If the customer is unable to pick up the order on the scheduled pickup date, the order will be automatically cancelled without any refund.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
      2. If the customer requests to pickup outside of our office hours, an administrative fee of $60 will be incurred. However, it will depend on our store’s availability to accommodate the request.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
